Nam Kwong president meets vice governor of Jilin Province

Nam Kwong president Duan Hongyi met Zhu Tianshu, vice governor of Jilin Province at the Grand Plaza on April 12. The two sides made in-depth exchanges on possible cooperation in traditional Chinese medicine and health-themed tourism. Zhao Yufu, general legal counsel, and Song Xiaodong, assistant president, were present at the meeting.

Duan extended welcome to the delegation led by Zhu Tianshu vice governor, and introduced Nam Kwong’s contribution to promoting local residents’ livelihood, facilitating Macao to integrate in the national development, and supporting Macao’s moderate economic diversification efforts. With diverse lines of business, Nam Kwong is capable of establishing partnerships with Jilin Province in extensive areas including the MICE and tourism, Duan said. Particularly the introduction of the planning for the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area brought more opportunities, he said, expecting more partnerships with Jilin Province to share the resources for win-win results.

Zhu Tianshu thanked Duan for the hospitality accorded to the delegation and introduced the latest development in Jilin Province over the years. He welcomed Nam Kwong’s future investment in Jilin to make contribution to the revival of northeast industrial base.

Responsible personnel of Nam Kwong functional departments and directors of secondary subsidiaries attended the meeting.
