Nam Kwong Culture and Creativity Industry Co., Ltd. Successfully Organized 2019 Macau Business Gathering of Nam Kwong (Group) Co., Ltd.
On the evening of January 9, 2019, Nam Kwong (Group) Co., Ltd. held the 2019 Macau Business Gathering in Grand Plaza. Nam Kwong Culture and Creativity Industry Co., Ltd. was responsible for the planning and execution of process design, layout and construction, public relations and etiquette, catering reception and overall on-site arrangement for this event.
Nam Kwong Culture and Creativity Industry Co., Ltd. attached great importance to the task assigned by the Group, organized the relevant personnel of the exhibition department of the company to form a special working group to refine the implementation plan of each work and complete the personnel allocation. In addition, the company coordinated suppliers in terms of division of labor, including building design and production, logistics transportation of special products for poverty alleviation, catering arrangements, and exchange with on-site public relations, reception and photography personnel. Although the occasion coincided with the holiday of Christmas and New Year's Day, colleagues in the convention and exhibition department gave up their vacation and rushed to produce and distribute about one hundred invitation letters, delivered them to guests separately, and properly finished the tasks such as invitation letter signing, receipt follow-up and on-site registration. On that evening, about 70 guests including Macau business celebrities, leaders from Macao Chamber of Commerce, Macao Chinese Enterprises Association and secondary units of the Group attended the Business Gathering.
In spite of the tight schedule and heavy task, colleagues in the convention and exhibition department of Nam Kwong Culture and Creativity Industry Co., Ltd. successfully completed the task of organizing the Business Gathering assigned by the Group through extensive participation, efficient organization as well as effective coordination and communication with the relevant parties, which demonstrated the professional ability of Nam Kwong Culture and Creativity Industry Co., Ltd. who lived up to the Group's entrust.
