Nam Kwong Petroleum & Chemicals Co., Ltd. Is Rated as 2018 Class a Certified Shop by Macao SAR Government Consumer Council

On December 5, the Macao SAR Government Consumer Council announced the rating and assessment results of the 2018 "Certified Shops", more than 1,000 merchants were awarded the “Certified Shop” emblem, and 13 companies including Nam Kwong Petroleum & Chemicals Co., Ltd. were graded “Class A Certified Shops”.

Nam Kwong Petroleum & Chemicals Co., Ltd. has always implemented the Group's core value of "development, integrity and performance" and conducted business with integrity. Its subordinate gas stations took an active part in the rating and assessment of certified shops by the Macao SAR Government Consumer Council, strived for benchmarking and efficiency, and enhanced customer satisfaction with better services. Starting from increasing operation standards of gas stations and improving service quality, Nam Kwong Petroleum & Chemicals Co., Ltd. formulated the Manual of Operation Standards for Gas Stations, and paid close attention to the three basic work of safety, service and environmental protection of gas stations. Professionals were engaged to provide industry knowledge training for employees and managers of the gas stations and answer the questioned encountered in actual work, thus honing their practical skills. Beian Gas Station was awarded excellence, the first and only gas station winning this honor in the industry, which further indicated that the brand image of "Macao Brand with International Quality" of Nam Kwong Petroleum & Chemicals Co., Ltd. was recognized by the general public and consumers.
