Art Activity Held by Nam Kwong (Shanghai) Investment Co., Ltd. and Creativity Industry Co., Ltd and People from All Social Circles in Macao

In order to celebrate the 69th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the 19th anniversary of the Macao Special Administrative Region, Poetry Reading of Wang Kongzhou was held in the auditorium of St. Paul’s School in Macau on November 20. The activity was sponsored by Macau International Cultural and Art Exchange Association for Youth, hosted by Nam Kwong Culture And Creativity Industry Co., Ltd., co-organized and supported by people from all social circles in Macau. Nam Kwong (Shanghai) Investment Co., Ltd. and Creativity Industry Co., Ltd cooperated with the Zhuoran Recitation Group from the mainland and artists and art groups from Macau to bring a wonderful performance of singing, dancing and recitation to the audience. The sponsors said that the performance was a grand meeting of friendship between compatriots of both the Mainland and Macau, and an artistic feast of cultural exchanges between the two sides as well.

Wan Sucheng, minister of Culture Department of Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macau SAR, Leong Heng Teng, spokesperson of Executive Council, Wang Kongzhou, military writer, Hu Zujie, member of the Legislative Council, Lin Shuyuan, representative of Senator Leong On Ki, Wong Ying-wai, president of Sands China Ltd., Chen Xinwang, headmaster of St. Paul’s School, and Zheng Guowei, director of Supplement Department of Macau Daily News, attended the opening ceremony. Song Xiaodong, assistant general manager of Nam Kwong (Shanghai) Investment Co., Ltd. and Creativity Industry Co., Ltd, attended and presided over the opening ceremony.

The poetry reading not only celebrated the 19th anniversary of Macau’s returning to the motherland, but also praised the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB); not only showed gratitude and respect to the disaster-relief work of PLA’s Macau troops, but also affirmation and supports to Chinese-funded enterprises in Macau. Besides the professional recitation artists, students and teachers from Macau Youth Vocal Arts Association, Choir of Sheng Kung Hui Choi Kou School Macau, Macau Youth Dance Sport Association, Macao Polytechnic Institute, St. Paul’s School, and Pui Ching Middle School Macau also joined the performance. The inspiring performance not only showed patriotic feelings and moralities and feelings of loving Macau, but also demonstrated compatriots from both sides working together and united as a strong fortress.
