Wang Jianyu from the Department of Equipment Manufacturing Industry, MIIT, Inspects Natural Gas Company

On November 14, an inspection group led by Wang Jianyu, vice inspector of Department of Equipment Manufacturing Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, came to a Nam Kwong natural gas station, accompanied by Song Xiaodong, Assistant General Manager of Nam Kwong (Group) Company Limited.

During the inspection, staff of the natural gas company reported the development of natural gas in Macau, and introduced monitoring and information systems such as SCADA, RTU and GIS, as well as the operation of the on-site equipment. Wang was concerned about the popularization and application of natural gas in Macao, learned details about natural gas supply in Macau, comparison among related energy prices, and the application of gas-fueled vehicles and distributed energy, and gave instruction on these aspects.
