Nam Kwong Real Estate Co., Ltd. is a secondary subsidiary of Nam Kwong (Group) Co., Ltd. At the end of 2015, according to Nam Kwong Group’s work deployment of internal resources integration and reform deepening, Nam Kwong Real Estate Co., Ltd. integrated and restructured its internal resources and thus further improved its assets, personnel, business scale and management specialization, with growing strength of development. With a registered capital of 10 million MOP, currently Nam Kwong Real Estate Co., Ltd. has eight units directly under its management: Property Leasing Management Department (hereinafter referred to as Property Department), Guangdong Nam Kwong Industrial Trade Company (hereinafter referred to as Guangdong Nam Kwong), Shanghai Huagao Real Estate Development Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shanghai Huagao), Wuxi Jinyindao Property Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Wuxi Company), Hainan Nam Kwong Huagao Property Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Haikou Company), Nam Kwong (Bijie) Property Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Bijie Company), Nam Kwong (Hengqin) Property Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hengqin Company), and Project Management Department of Macao Port Management Area of Artificial Island of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (hereinafter referred to as Project Department of Artificial Island). In addition, Nam Kwong Real Estate Co., Ltd. also undertakes logistics services such as the canteen, Koh Nang Yuan club and inner staff dormitory of Nam Kwong (Group) Co., Ltd., and acts as the representative office of the Group in Guangzhou.
