Hotel Riviera Macau Wins “2015 Guest Review Award” by Booking.com

Recently, Hotel Riviera Macau has won the “2015 Guest Review Award” granted by Booking.com. It was also Hotel Riviera Macau’s second time to win an award from the third-party booking platform after it was named as the “2015 Best Partner Award” given by Ctrip.com.

The “2015 Guest Review Award” is an award established by Booking.com only for the hotel which obtains a long-term recognition for providing good quality of customer service. Booking.com has a rigorous selection process that uses a professional computing process to rank hotels with a rating above 8, based on user feedback scores, number of listings and the hotel's popularity on the site over the past 12 months.
